Marketplace Vendor Application

Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor spot, including for returning vendors. Approved vendors will receive a text or email notification with an invoice due in full within 7 days; unpaid spots will be released. While we try to limit duplicate products, this is not guaranteed.

Please list ALL items you plan to sell. We aim to limit duplicate offerings; however, similar booths may be approved. Direct sales vendors are exclusive (one per category), and shared booths are not permitted.*

Vendors selling consumable or body-applied products (including food, balms, lotions, cosmetics, bath products, or pet treats) must carry insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance listing Lowell Labor Day Festival LTD as additionally insured. Please email the certificate to Vendors@Lowell-LDF.com if approved.

New vendors must submit photos of their outdoor booth setup. Applications without photos will be considered incomplete and may not be reviewed.

Photos need to show a set up of your business at an outdoor event (preferred). Or within a booth setting if indoors.
