No Pets Permitted - Only bona fide service animals are allowed on festival grounds. Emotional Support Animals (ESA's) are not classified as service animals under the ADA and are not permitted. 

No Coolers or Outside Alcohol - No outside food or drinks are allowed, excluding water. Please support our local food vendors!

Bikes & Motorized Devices Not Permitted On Festival Grounds -This includes bicycles, skateboards, motorized scooters, and e-bikes.

No Drones Allowed - Drones may not be flown over festival grounds except by authorized media. 

No Parking in "No Parking" Zones - Vehicles parked in restricted areas (posted) will be towed at the owner's expense. 

Authorized Staff Areas - The gate on the south end of the festival grounds off Oakley, behind the stage, and other fenced off areas is for authorized festival staff only.

• Vehicles without a valid parking pass will be towed at the owner's expense. 

• Unauthorized individuals will be asked to leave the area immediately.​

Children Must Be Supervised at All Times - Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the festival grounds and in the kids zone. 

No Smoking Under Any Tents - Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not litter on festival grounds. 

Rain or Shine - The festival will take place regardless of weather conditions. 

No Soliciting Permitted - Unauthorized sales, promotions, or solicitations are prohibited. Only LDF-approved vendors may sell on-site.

Chairs Allowed with Restrictions - Chairs are permitted in the concert viewing area but not directly in front of the stage.

• Non-obstructive items (i.e. umbrellas) may be used along the perimeter if space allows.

  • Any item must be removed immediately if requested by festival staff.

Beer Garden Tent is 21+ - Alcohol is permitted in the concert viewing area and the all-ages tent within the fenced area only.

Photography Notice: Festival participants (including but not limited to, entertainment, vendors, & attendees) may be photographed, and images may be used in marketing, media coverage, and promotional materials.
